Not original but personal. A friend once started singing to me 'Turning Japanese. I think you're turning Japanese.' She was, of couse, refering to my habit of taking a huge amount of photos everywhere I go. I hope you enjoy seeing into my world just a little bit.

Hooray for spring! I was actually excited when we saw a baby funamushi today.
hi ellen, i need a favor and i hear that you`re the best person to ask. im going to kyoto with my parents and sister next month. do you know anywhere cheap to stay that is good enough to take my parents. (they don`t mind roughing it but a youth hostel is pushing it)
oh and bring on spring!!
Hope the spring blossom doesn't come into full bloom for another 4 weeks

Yay spring! I've been noticing on my walks to school that blossoms are starting to appear all over the place! Amazing! They seem to have bloomed overnight!

Laura.. Mochiron about Kyoto. It will be my 4th time there. Autumn, spring, autumn and then this spring. I love that place! I am taking my aunt. She is coming to visit for 2 weeks.
